Synoposis
With a sudden attack by the Japanese, British Major-General Maltby and his top officers struggle with the decision to either fight to the death or offer a humiliating surrender of the British Colony of Hong Kong.

Battlebox OST
Set in the 1940's, the music for Battlebox's OST highlights the popular music of Hong Kong during the time. Chinese popular music infused elements of both Chinese and popular Western jazz. Our award-winning theme song, Battlebox (Through the Soldier's Eyes), was written by Kathy Wen and Katie So, produced by Jermaine Hamilton, and performed by Kathy Wen.
The song won the title of "Best Original Song" at the 2025 Global Film Festival Awards Los Angeles. The music video was also a Finalist at the 2025 Directors Cut International Film Festival and screened at the Landmark Cinemas in New Westminster, Canada.
