About Kathy
Kathy is an Executive Producer at Banyan Tree Movies and a professional singer-songwriter. In the film Battlebox, she not only served as a producer, but also took on an acting role as the character of Lady Rose. Kathy performed and co-wrote the film’s award-winning theme song, Battlebox (Through the Soldier’s Eyes), winning the title of Best Original Song at the 2025 Global Film Festival Awards Los Angeles. Kathy also wrote, produced, and performed the theme song for our short film The Singularity Protocol. Both of her songs are now streaming across all major music platforms.
Kathy is a YouTuber and social media influencer, with a growing audience of over 400K+ subscribers on her self-titled YouTube channel. She's also amassed over 30K+ followers on Instagram.
Kathy spent over 15 years of her career in tech, gaming, and consulting. Previously, she was a Director of Global Infrastructure Planning at Google and a Director of People & Operations at Riot Games. She has also worked as a software engineer at Lam Research, a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and served as Chief of Staff to various senior executives at Cisco Systems.
Kathy holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Washington, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and various Professional Music Certificates from Berklee College of Music.
